At L'Uomo, we are committed to ensuring your sartorial satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and secure it with the provided adhesive strip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
